For a while we were thinking about doing something about a couple overgrown/out of control juniper trees that were causing some mayhem but we kept putting it off. Empire Tree Experts just happened to be in the neighborhood one day and dropped off their flyer. “Had 2 fir trees ~55 -70 feet tall and on a steep hillside that needed removal before something "bad" happened. They were close enough to slap the house and the hill slope pretty much guaranteed they were going to fall in an undesirable direction some rainy winter. Lucas came out and gave a reasonable quote. His crew showed up on time on the appointed day and the guys were friendly and polite. They busted their butts getting the trees down and all the debris chipped and they didn't leave a mess behind. They did what I asked for and they did a good job of it and they did it when they said they would and the price was reasonable... I call that a win. “I first used Empire Tree Experts in October 2024 for the removal of three (3) large redwoods plus stump grinding. Earlier this month, it became necessary to remove a massive cypress tree on family property. Without hesitation, I contacted Lucas. “What Mike is saying is NOT true!!! I live in the house where the trees were removed. They showed up at 8am a total of 5 guys and there was no screaming or yelling. “Empire Tree Experts just removed a very scary bay leaning over our house on a very steep hillside in Guerneville! It was a HUGE double trunk tree approx 120ft high. The lowest trunk diameters were close to 3ft. This has concerned us ever since we moved here 4 years ago but the fear factor was was taken up several notches with the recent wind storms and soil erosion. Empire Tree's estimate was more than 50% lower than other estimates and they did a surgical extraction and complete removal. Thank you Lucas!”

Most recently, they removed 15 large trees to prepare the site for our new pool, completing the work efficiently and safely.
